There is something about the new year and resolutions and how food is all you can think about, am I right? Okay, honestly, raise your hand if you are like me and have been watching what your eating since the beginning of the year? Some would call it the D(iet) word, but really its just not indulging on all those foods that give you a warm soup belly. You know the feeling where your tummy is all warm and cozy and makes you want to take a nap. Ahhh, naps... Mama's a little tired and hungry 🙂
