If you can boil water, you can make this at your next camp-out.
Ingredients:
-
2 tablespoons seafood seasoning, I prefer Old Bay
-
5 pounds new potatoes
-
3 (1 lb) packages cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 8 ears fresh corn, husks and silks removed, broken in half
-
5 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat a large pot of water over an outdoor stove. Add Old Bay Seasoning and bring to a boil.
- Add potatoes, and kielbasa. Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the corn, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp, and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.
- Drain, and pour out your delicious meal onto a table covered in the paper bags you used to buy all the ingredients.
- Optional: melted butter on the side to dunk potatoes and corn in.
- No plates needed! (Make sure to have extra napkins though!)
