Heart Healthy Challenge
We believe there are four ways to make a Healthy Heart.
- A Strong Heart is a Healthy Heart
- A Happy Heart is a Healthy Heart
- A Nourished Heart is a Healthy Heart
- A Calm Heart is a Healthy Heart
The Heart Healthy Challenge is 4 - 7 Day Challenges each supporting a Healthy Heart. We are all very busy, but know that we can do anything for 7 days! Especially the list below because none of them require an extra equipment. Just your body.
We are coming up on our final week of the challenge! If you are just getting to the challenge, WELCOME!
Get started today and make your way through the four weeks with us at your pace!

This week is all about
Stress Management.
Well if you're anything like me, where you have a job that you hold responsibility? You're a parent? That adds all kinds of different stresses to the mix. There are days when you're necks a little tighter and your head is full of all kinds of S^&*. Am I right? Yeah, we're stressed.
What's important is realizing when you're stressed and working through it!
To help you with Stress Management we've broken it down into four parts.
- What is it?
- Where does it come from?
- Why is it bad for you?
- How to manage it?
Teresa our resident certified Nutrition-Wellness Coach has given us an article tackling each of the questions. YAY!!!
There are so many physical issues that can come from long term stress including heart and chronic disease, but what I don't think is talked about as much is the emotional issues that stem from stress and how they effect your performance at your job, your relationships (spouse and/or children) and your overall life happiness.
Let's work together and work through how to manage it!
