How in the heck do parents do it? How do they keep up with everything. Our kids are little even, but between ballet rehearsal and the hubs work dinner our family calendar is ever-changing and in full need of a family based calendar that changes with us.
Well my friends, wouldn’t you know, Microsoft Office 365 has come up with a solution. You can now connect right from your Microsoft Outlook and can be accessed anywhere (home, work, or even your phone). Ah-MAZING right????
I can’t tell you how much I love this?
What has limited me previously was the “9-5 feel” of only being able to access my outlook calendar while sitting in front of my computer at work or at home. Folks are working differently than that these days, myself included. There is a definite need to have access to information when on the go and moving from one to the other. We’re looking to technology to find this balance and I’m so happy that Microsoft is helping.
Now when I pick the kids up from school with an event flyer, I can enter right then and there into my phone and all events are in one place. Or when the hubs has something for work, rather than trying to remember to tell me when he gets home, then he can enter the information and we all know all that is happening at all times.
What’s great is that you can color coordinate events by members of your household. We assign a specific color to each person giving us even further help when coordinating events.
