Ice Cream Cone Cupcake
I was walking through the grocery store the other day when I stumbled across some organic ice cream cones. I know, they make all kinds of stuff organic these days. In any case, I imediately thought about these ice cream cone cupcakes I’ve been wanting to make and decided to give them a try.
- * Box of cake mix or you favorite cake recipe and all the ingredient that comes with that.
- * Box of Ice Cream Cones
- * Ice Cream (optional)
Mix up your cake batter per the directions.
Next you line up your ice cream cones in your muffin tins
Invite your favorite preschooler to help fill the ice cream cones about 3/4 of the way full
Then in to the oven as directed. We baked ours at 350.
Against my better judgement and losing track of time having to heard screaming children about, I baked ours a bit too long. I would go with what the box says for muffins. Regardless, they were delicious.
Add some ice cream and you have some tasty treats!
