- First think is to grab the free printable drawing of a donut complete with a drawing guide at the bottom of the post.
- The first step is to draw an oval for the middle of the donut.
- The next step is to draw the outside of the donut. Round the top of the donut and draw the bottom part of the donut a slightly wavy line creating the donut icing.
- Draw a curved line out the bottom of the ring donut as the base of the donut.
- Next draw a curved line through the middle oval or the inner donut hole. Then draw small tube sprinkle shapes along the top of the donut.
- Next, draw small circles all about the top along with the tubular sprinkles from the previous step.
- Once you have the donut drawing how you like it, erase all the light lines and go over the foundation lines with a darker pencil line or pen to create the final donut outline.
- The last step is to add the finishing touches to your delicious donut and color in your drawing. Does your donut have pink icing or chocolate? Are your sprinkles rainbow sprinkles or a specific color?
