Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 can Pillsbury Funfetti Vibrant Green Vanilla Frosting
  • 1 package Airheads Xtremes candy
  • 12 Rolo candies individually wrapped
  • 48 mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Prepare the cake mix according to the package directions.
  • Line your 12-hole muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Fill your liners ¾ of the way full and then into the oven.
  • Bake cupcakes according to the cake mix. Let cupcakes cool on a wire rack.
  • Spread green buttercream onto cooled cupcakes using a spatula, butter knife, or piping bag.
  • Next, cut each candy rainbow in half then fold it into an arch and place it on top of each cupcake.
  • Add two mini marshmallows to each end of the rainbow. Place a wrapped Rolo candy in front of the rainbow on each cupcake.
  • Viola, you have the cutest and most easy Pot of Gold Cupcake!
