Ingredients

Red Layer Ingredients

  • 8 Strawberries Frozen
  • ½ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

White Layer Ingredients

  • 12 oz Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice

Blue Layer Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Water warm
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid

Instructions

  • In a blender puree the strawberries, water and sugar together. Pour ⅓ way into thepopsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
  • For the white layer, add coconut milk, white sugar, lemon juice in a blender and mix together.
  • Add this layer on top of the red frozen layer and fill ⅔ of the way full. Freeze for another 2 hours.
  • For the blue layer mix the water, sugar and raspberry kool aid. Add this layer to the top of the popsicles and freeze for 4 more hours.
