Red Layer Ingredients
- 8 Strawberries Frozen
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
White Layer Ingredients
- 12 oz Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ¼ cup Lemon juice
Blue Layer Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup Water warm
- 3 tablespoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Blue Raspberry Kool-Aid
In a blender puree the strawberries, water and sugar together. Pour ⅓ way into thepopsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
For the white layer, add coconut milk, white sugar, lemon juice in a blender and mix together.
Add this layer on top of the red frozen layer and fill ⅔ of the way full. Freeze for another 2 hours.
For the blue layer mix the water, sugar and raspberry kool aid. Add this layer to the top of the popsicles and freeze for 4 more hours.
