- 5 cup Rice Krispies
- 10 oz Bag Mini Marshmallows
- 3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- ⅓ cup Unsalted Butter
Start by lining your 8x8 pan with parchment paper or wax paper. It is a good idea to then spray the bottom of the pan, bowl, rubber spatula, and knife with nonstick cooking spray. Set pan to the side.
Add the butter and the marshmallows to a large saucepan and melt on low heat. Stir the mixture until the marshmallows and the butter melt.
Add the cocoa powder and continue to stir the mixture.
When the marshmallows are melting add the chocolate chips into the mixture and combine well.
Once all the ingredients are melted and combined well, remove from the stove and stir in rice crispies.
Take the rice crispies to the prepared pan and gently press the mixture down.
Let the bars cool down for 1 hour to come to room temperature.
