Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 5-ounce container of cooked chow mein noodles
  • Cadbury Mini Eggs

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet or cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Combine the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in a double boiler over boiling water. Stir until melted and smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Combine melted chocolate peanut butter chips with chow mein noodles in a large bowl.

  • Stir until well-coated.

  • Use a cookie scoop to drop the mixture onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  • Form the mixture into nest-shaped cookies, making a well in the middle.

  • Place your chocolate Easter eggs in the center of each cookie nest.
