- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- ⅔ cup peanut butter chips
- 1 5-ounce container of cooked chow mein noodles
- Cadbury Mini Eggs
Line a baking sheet or cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Combine the milk chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in a double boiler over boiling water. Stir until melted and smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Combine melted chocolate peanut butter chips with chow mein noodles in a large bowl.
Stir until well-coated.
Use a cookie scoop to drop the mixture onto the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Form the mixture into nest-shaped cookies, making a well in the middle.
Place your chocolate Easter eggs in the center of each cookie nest.
Let the chocolate set out or in the freezer before serving.
