Pizza Dough - Store Bought or Your Favorite Recipe
4-5tablespoonsof ricotta cheese
3tablespoonsolive oil
3oz.package of prosciutto
2tablespoonschopped pecans
2oz.herbed goat cheese
1pear diced into small pieces
1cupmozzarella shredded
½cuparugula
Instructions
Roll out your dough onto a pan or pizza stone. Drizzle the olive oil right onto the dough and using a brush, make sure to cover the crust. Spread ricotta evenly across the dough. Add pears, then proscuitto. Then pecans then mozzarella. Lastly, spoon small dollops of goat cheese across the pizza. Into 400 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Once you pull the pizza out of the oven, add arugula to the top.
