Start by printing out the the template at the bottom of the post. Cut out each of the piece from the template.
Trace the eyebrow shapes, larger circles, and large U shapes from the black construction paper.
Cut those template pieces out of the black paper.
There is no template for the vampire's hair, so we will start by folding a piece of black paper in half.
Cut the paper in a horn shape with the fold at the top. This will be the vampire's widow's peak (v shape in the middle of his forehead) and make sure the folded end is the longer and then get slightly smaller before curving off to the horn like shape.
Unfold the hair, and then measure it against the paper plate and cut the top of the air similar to the rounding of the paper plate.
Glue the vampire's hair onto the top of the paper plate.
Next, glue the smaller white template circle shapes to the larger black circle pieces.
With a black marker, make small black circles for the yes. If you have googly eyes, you can glue those to the eyes instead of the marker.
Glue the eyebrows under the vampire's hair. Then glue the eyes underneath the eyebrows.
Trace the bowtie and small half circle shape for the mouth out of the red construction paper.
Cut those pieces out of the red paper. That is
Glue the mouth in the middle of the paper plate. Then glue the bowtie to the bottom of the paper plate. Cut two small triangle pieces out of the extra white paper for the vampire fangs.
Next, fold another piece of black paper, or if you have room from the last folded piece, we can use that piece.
Cut a rounded piece with the folded end to the right. This is going to be the vampire's collar, so it should be slightly longer the width of the paper plate.
Unfold the piece you just cut. Feel free to cut down if you feel like its too long.
Last, glue the piece you just cut to the back of the paper plate at the bottom. Then cut the left over two black pieces from the original template out each side of the hair. This will resemble the top of the vampire's cape!
