We first worked on fitting the picture into the cupcake liner. Measure the bottom of the line to determine the size of the picture. Our liners are 2 inches.

Then using the circle cutter, we measure a 2 inch circle and cut out the picture. If you don't have the circle cutter, using the scissors cut the picture into a circle approximately 2 inches.

Once you have it cut out. Add some glue to the back and place it inside the cupcake liner.

Now its time for the kids to get creative. Using the foam you or they can cut out stems and grass and leaves. Made with Happy Girl was all about the foam flowers and asked if I would cut out the pedals in the reds and oranges and blues and of course PINK. She cut out the flower stems and then it was just about gluing it all down along with the pictured cupcake flowers. We used a few left over pieces to add some grass with slits all along the top to give it the flare.

So fun and super easy. Be prepared to make a few because all the Grandmas are going to LOVE THEM!!! (P.S. The foam boards come in a three pack and the flower cupcake lines come in packs of 12. You should have no problem making more than one) :)
