The most exciting part of this craft is going on a nature hunt to collect supplies. You can explore your own yard. Simply go for a walk, or even to the park. While you are out collect some twigs, leaves, flowers, and grass, or any other exciting pieces of nature you find along the way.
Start by adding glue to the tips of your leaves
Glue the leaves tips in a circle to create a flower shape.
-
Add glue small flowers to the middle of the leaves.
Next add a glue strip down from the leave flower as well as along the bottom of the paper.
Add blades of grass to the strips of glue.
It creates a stem for the flower and grass to your nature art.
Next you can create another beautiful flower using twigs. Add glue to your paper.
Place each twig that you have broken into similar sizes onto the glue.
We love how by gluing them into a circle, it brings new life to the twigs.
Glue small flowers to the middle to create another beautiful 3D Flower.

When I think of flowers, I always think of the beautiful and delicate butterflies that like to visit them. You can add a pretty butterfly by gluing a stick to the cardstock.
Adding glue to each side of the twig to create a butterfly shape.
Place your beautiful flower petals on each of the sides of the stick to create the wings.
Pull the stem off of a dandelion flower, and break it in half to create antennas.
I found a wild hyacinth on our walk, and pulled some of the blue bell shaped petals.
We then glued them to the wings.
