Instructions

  • Start by printing out the template and cutting out all the different pieces of the template.
Two P is for Pig craft templates on a pink desk with colorful school supplies like scissors, clips, crayons, and paints. Pair these with an L is for Lion craft for a fun alphabet activity featuring vibrant shapes and creative learning.
  • Tip for cutting the inside of the P. Start with a small cut in the middle of the piece you have to cut, then work your way to the traced line.
A pair of black scissors lies on a white surface next to a sheet of paper featuring outlines for an L is for Lion craft, with the letter P and various oval, teardrop, and circle shapes drawn on it.
  • Trace the P and the larger of the teardrop shape and oval on the light pink paper. Then trace the smaller of the teardrop shape and oval in the hot pink.
White cutouts of the letter “P,” three teardrop shapes, and two ovals are arranged on light and dark pink paper against a white background, evoking an artistic alphabet display—much like “L is for Lion” in children’s crafts.
  • Cut the shapes out of the paper.
Craft materials on a white surface: a large pink paper letter P, six pink and magenta paper shapes (teardrops, ovals), and black-handled scissors—perfect for fun “L is for Lion” or other alphabet crafts.
  • Glue the hot pink shapes onto the light pink shapes, creating two ears and a nose, otherwise known as a snout.
Three pieces of pink paper with light pink borders are arranged on a white background: two teardrop shapes at the top and one oval shape below them, perfect for a fun L is for Lion craft activity.
  • Next, using a black marker, draw black oval shapes in the middle of the white circles from the template.
Two hand-drawn ovals with thick black vertical ovals inside, resembling cartoonish cat or reptile eyes—perfect for illustrating that l is for lion on a plain white background.
  • Now you will have the P, two ears, two eyes, and a snout.
Pink paper cutouts form the letter P on the left, while pig face features—ears, eyes, and snout—appear on the right, all against a white background. A playful complement to alphabet art like L is for Lion.
  • Glue the ears to the back and top of the P.
A large letter P cut out of light pink paper with two bright pink bunny ears attached to the top, on a plain white background—perfect for alphabet crafts like l is for lion.
  • Then glue the eyes close together and right under the ears.
A large, pink letter P is decorated with two pig ears and wide, oval eyes, forming a cartoonish pig face on a plain white background—perfect beside an L is for Lion illustration in an alphabet series.
  • Then glue the snout (nose) over the open part of the P and under the eyes.
A paper craft shaped like the letter P designed to look like a pig, featuring pink ears, a round snout, and two white eyes with black pupils. Great for alphabet crafts—pair it with L is for Lion for more animal fun!.
  • Using the black marker, draw two small oval shapes as the nostrils of the pig's nose.
A paper craft of a pigs face and neck made from pink, white, and black paper shapes, featuring large oval eyes, a round snout, and pointed ears—perfect for animal alphabet crafts like L is for Lion.
  • Grab the light pink pipe cleaner and wrap it around the marker and slide off.
A hand holds a whiteboard marker, linked to a black marker using a pink pipe cleaner twisted around both markers. Against the white background, the setup hints at playful learning—perhaps for teaching that l is for lion.
  • Glue the end of the pipe cleaner to the middle of the back of the P.
