  • Start by cutting out three black ovals from the black paper. Two the same size and one a bit larger for the mouth.

  • Glue the black oval eyes to the front of the paper plate as well as the larger oval for the mouth to the middle of the paper plate.

  • Next, cut long thin strips of toilet paper. Attach each long strip to the back of the paper plate.

  • Viola, now you have your own paper plate ghost!
