Cut your paper lengthwise at 2.5 inches. That will make your paper 2.5″ x 11″.
Score the paper at a half an inch.
Use the score as a guide and drawn black lines down the scores.
Score the paper going down the short side of the paper at a half inch.
Once again using the black sharpie, drawn in the scored lines.
The resulting paper should look like a grid.
Fold your paper along the short scored lines back and forth into an accordion shape.
Using the circle hole punch, punch out half a circle on one side of the paper lengthwise.
It will create a scallop look to the paper.
Hot glue the craft stick to the end of the paper with the scallop facing out.
Pull the other end of the paper around and glue it to the other end of the stick, and fan it out.
Using the circle punch one more time, punch out a full circle using the remaining paper.
Draw lines across the middle of the circle like pizza slices.
Fold the circle in half and glue to the top and side of the spider web middle.
Thread onto a piece of yarn or thread and viola! You have spider web garland.
