Start with hot gluing the popsicle sticks around the outside of the jar.

Finish gluing the popsicle sticks around the entire jar.

While waiting for the popsicle sticks to dry, unravel your paper yarn or grab your rubber bands.

Wrap the paper yarn around the pen holder craft three times. Add hot glue to a few points around the outside of the popsicle sticks under the yarn.

Add glue to the bottom of the yarn wrapped around the bottom as well.

Once everything had dried, add your pencils and pens.
