Strawberry Shortcake Skewers
They were simple to put together (AWESOME) and the guest were all pretty impressed at their beauty. Definitely going on the list for future parties! Hop over to their site to get the full run down on the ingredients and recipe. I did however make a few adjustments to their recipe.
1.) I used a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits. Cute and never bad to add a little LOVE to a recipe. 🙂
2.) The filling I simply mixing together an 8oz container of cool whip and 2 strawberry yogurts. Gives it a little more flavor that is so delicious, your guest will be begging for more!
Once the biscuits are cooked its just a matter of assembly. Easy Peezy!!! Here's my visual step by step of the process.
Happy Baking and Happy Parties!
