We are excited to be back in the kitchen today sharing one of our new favorite desserts. First off, who doesn't love the yummy coffee flavored dessert of Tiramasu? Second, its chocolate Tiramasu and well, chocolate and coffee go together like... coffee and chocolate! Who doesn't LOVE LOVE LOVE coffee and chocolate? of Salted Caramel Chocolate, Café Mocha (which I used for this recipe) and Chocolate Toffee Truffle – how decadent! Anyone who follows along with us on a regular basis knows our love for individual serving. So today we're sharing not only the most yummy dessert, but how you can make it in these small mason jars which are oh so cute. They are also simple to make which makes them a go-to favorite for last minute dinner parties or spaghetti night!
Here's how you make them!

- 1 - 8oz. container mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup Cafe Mocha Coffee-mate creamer
- 3 tablespoon cocoa for dusting, divided
- 1 container whipped topping
- ½ cup espresso
- 1 oz. chocolate liqueur
- 1 package of 24 lady fingers
- chocolate syrup
- chocolate for shaving (optional)
- 6 - 8 0z. wide mouth mason jars
Directions:
Place your 6 mason jars on a sheet pan and set aside to fill
In a large bowl, stir together the mascarpone, Coffee-mate creamer, and 1 tablespoon of cocoa. Fold into that mixture the whipped topping till combined and fluffy.
In a small bowl mix together the espresso and chocolate liqueur.
Place two lady fingers at the bottom of each of the mason jars. Spoon a 1-2 teaspoons of espresso mixture over the top of the lady fingers. Then drizzle chocolate syrup over the lady fingers next because, well its chocolate and its delicious. Next add a dollop of the cream mixture on top and spread evenly over the top. Next dust a tablespoon of cocoa over the top of the 6 desserts. Add an additional layer of ladyfingers, pour over the
remaining espresso mixture. ore chocolate and the remaining cream mixture. Dust the top of the desserts with the last tablespoon of cocoa and then for added decadence, shave some chocolate over the top. Into the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
