  • Start with the yellow and light green color paper.

  • Cut the green paper into four strips of paper. Then cut the yellow paper into one similar size strip.

  • Using two-sided tape (or craft glue), glue each piece into a circle tube, similar to paper chains and toilet paper rolls.

  • Then glue each of the tubes to each other to create the caterpillar body with the yellow on the end as the caterpillar head.

  • Next, glue the googly eyes to the end of the yellow paper tube.

  • Next, grab the pipe cleaner, and bend it in half. Then cut it right in the middle to make two pieces of the same size.

  • Glue the end of each piece of pipe cleaner (the antennas) to the back of the yellow tube so they point out.

  • Next is to make cute leaves for the easy caterpillar craft to sit on. Start by folding the dark green paper in half. Then cut out a wavy shape making sure it is longer than the length of the caterpillar body.

  • Accordion folds the leaf long ways similar to the middle fold from when you cut out the leaf shape.

  • The end result should give the leaf a fun texture.

  • Then grab your caterpillar and the leaf and glue the caterpillar on top of the leaf.

  • Viola, you have a cute little caterpillar!
