Start by printing out your own half-masks with feathers and sequins.
Color in the masks and flare as coloring pages
Cut out the mask shape and do not forget the eye holes. An easy way to cut the eye holes is to poke the scissors in the middle of the eye and then cut your way out to the edge and then continue around the eye hole. Cut out the feathers and sequins as well. Glue sequins on the front of the mask as well as the glue feathers to the top and sides of masks.
Once you are happy with your beautiful masks, using the hole punch, punch a hole on each side of the mask. Cut the piece of elastic string. In order to measure your string, I recommend holding each end of the string at your temples with it going around the back of your head. Tie each end of the string to the holes on each side of the mask.
