Equipment
- Stapler
- Hole Puncher
Ingredients
- Paper Plates x 3
- Paint
- Glitter
- Beads Button, Sequins
- Tissue Paper and Crepe Paper
- Shims x 1
- Twine ribbon, or yarn
- Markers
Instructions
- Start with painting and decorating your paper plates and shims.
- Let them dry
- Once they are dry, punch a hole at the top of each plate. Using your yarn, tie one end to the plate and then using the stapler, the other end, staple to the back of the shim. I suggest using different length string to give the wind socks dimension.
- Lastly, add one piece of string to each end of the shim to use as the hanger.
