Glue the craft sticks together in the shape of a square.

Let dry.
Place on top of your construction paper, and trace around the square with a pen or pencil.
Cut out your square, cutting a little on the inside to make the square slightly smaller.
Press the toilet paper roll flat, and cut into thirds.
Pour some paint onto a paper plate, and dip a piece of the toilet paper roll into the paint.
Make flower petals in a circle on our construction paper.
Repeat with multiple overlapping colors.
Layer the colors until you have a flower shape.
Glue a mini cupcake liner to the middle of your flower petals.
Glue some colorful craft pom poms into the middle of the mini cupcake liner.

To finish your craft, add glue around the outside of your construction paper square, and place the craft stick frame on top.
