Meatball Cupcake

This past weekend, I flew out to Alabama to surprise my cousin and throw her a sweet little baby sprinkle. It was a cute stars and arrows themed party, the biggest hit from the party was the food. The meatball cupcakes in particular. They are so easy and so delicious, I thought I'd share with you how I make them.

Ingredients:

• Pre-packaged pizza dough
• Frozen meatballs
• Marinara sauce
• Mozzarella chees

Directions:

• Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
• Rollout pizza dough
• Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into squares
• In a standard size muffin tin, add a piece of dough to the bottom of each muffin
• Add a tablespoon of marina sauce over the dough
• Add meatball to each muffin
• Add another tablespoon of marinara sauce over top
• Top with mozzarella cheese
• Bake for 15-20 minutes
