Those that know me, know I'm always on the look out for great furniture. The challenge I usually have is with the price, so when I find a place that has some premium affordable furniture, I can't help but share it.

When I think of furniture and my house, I always come back to the piece of advice my Auntie (who is a designer) told me as I was moving into my first apartment out of college.
When furnishing your home, the first thing you look at when you find a piece of furniture you like should not be the price, but rather the quality of furniture. You may save a few dollars getting lower quality furniture, but end up spending more in the long run if it falls apart in a few years and end up having to buy another piece.
Having that thought always in the back of my mind, I was HAPPY to find such high quality discount furniture at CORT Clearance Center. I visited the San Diego location recently and was able to speak to the gentlemen in charge. He told me about how each of the piece is CORT Certified which means they are fully inspected and they guarantee that if any product is found to be defective within 90 days of purchase it will repair or replace it. They carry everything from beds to accessories and are typically discounted anywhere from 40-75% off the original price. There is a great variety and there were quite a few pieces I was eyeing to take home myself. They have a number of different styles from modern to contemporary. He also shared how they offer even larger discounts if you need multiple rooms furnished. Starting at $999 they have three different packages each with 22 pieces of furniture which can outfit a one bedroom apartment. Such a great deal. And the furniture is really nice. I would say that if you are in the market for some furniture pieces either for a business or home and on a budget (like most of us) then I would check to see if where your local clearance center is nearest you. If you're in San Diego, they are right off of Miramar and have a ton of great looking pieces.
