Hello friends! We're so HAPPY to share the second part in our series on our Ice Cream Sandwich Bar. We've already shared with you, how to setup an Ice Cream Sandwich Bar.
Today, we're sharing the finished party! You know we love to party friends!
First, we wanted to share the trick to the ice cream because it melts pretty fast and trying to serve to a number of folks at once can be tricky.
Line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper and then scoop the ice cream onto the cookie sheet.
Using a spatula or press, flatten the scoop down. I will make it easy to fit between two cookies. Once you have enough scoops for the party, place the cookie sheet into the freezer.
Then when you're ready to serve, pull out of the freezer and stack ice cream scoops alongside cookies. It is much easier to handle and less of a mess for your guest.
We love to include a variety of Smuckers toppings for the cookies. This adds the "epic" to an already delicious treat.
Serve along with sprinkles and you have yourself a party!
Allow your guest to top their sandwiches with the topping of their choice. Then they can eat as is, or roll in sprinkles.
HAPPY PARTY FRIENDS!
