Heart Healthy Challenge
We believe there are four ways to make a Healthy Heart.

- A Calm Heart is a Healthy Heart
The Heart Healthy Challenge is 4 - 7 Day Challenges each supporting a Healthy Heart. We are all very busy, but know that we can do anything for 7 days! Especially the list below because none of them require an extra equipment. Just your body.
The first two weeks have been awesome! If you've missed the first two weeks, its quite alright. Get started today and make your way through the four weeks with us.

A Nourished Heart is a Healthy Heart
While I'm pretty sure, unless you're living under a rock, and in that case you're most likely not reading a BLOG, that we know one major key to health living is a balanced diet. No brainer right?
What you may not know is there are a certain foods that are extremely healthy for your heart that can not only protect your heart from cardiovascular disease, but there are foods that can help repair the damaged cells. AWESOME!!!

This week, with a little help from WebMD, we've put together a checklist of 26 of the top heart healthy foods. Throughout the week, let's work together and check off as many as we can. DISCLAIMER HERE --- We're encouraging you to incorporate more of the heart healthy foods, not cramming more food into your diet. Let's not forget portion control people 🙂We're really hope you are with us and trying to incorporate some of these new foods into your diet and keep them there. Healthy is a lifestyle change that requires much longer than 7 days. But heck, its a start!
