- Vodka
- Ginger Beer
- Lime
- 1 pound Strawberries
- Mint
- Sweet’N Low Simple Syrup
Directions:
Sweet’N Low Simple Syrup
First thing is to make the Sweet’N Low Simple Syrup. Sweet’N Low not only makes this cocktail taste delicious, it makes it guilt free and is diabetic friendly. The conversion of Sweet’N Low to sugar is ¼ cup sugar = 6 packets.
- 1 cup boiling water
- 24 packets of Sweet’N Low
Disolve Sweet’N Low in the boiling water, then remove from heat and allow to cool. Easy Peezy
Stawberry Moscow Mule
First start by de-steming approximately 10 strawberries. Into the blender or food processor. The smoother the consistency of the strawberries the better. Now its time for the mint. Depending on your love for mint, we recommend anywhere from 4-5 leaves to a full sprig. Muddle the mint at the bottom of the cup, which will release the oils in the herb and provide the taste throughout your cocktail.Next:
- Add a generous amount of ice to your cup (or copper mug if you have it). Copper mugs are what true Moscow Mules are served in. It keeps the drink nice and cold!
- Add 2 ounces of Vodka
- Add 4 ounces of Ginger Beer
- Add ½ ounce of Sweet’N Low Simple Syrup
- Add 1 ounce Strawberry Puree
- Add the juice of a half of a lime.
- Mix and Serve!
We like to add a strawberry and slice of lime as garnish to the mug which will let your MADE with HAPPY HOUR guest know what to expect, but really I think a drink taste better when it looks pretty too 🙂
This drink is all kinds of refreshing and delicious and is seriously one of the most perfect Summer Cocktail! Cheers!
