We are once again teaming up with MyPrintly and creating this modern picture hang made from a piece of driftwood.
If you do not have a HP Sprocket, you are truly missing out. It is by far, my families favorite thing. We bring it on every vacation, outing, and adventure. There are so many uses for it.
We highlighted this back to school craft along with some other fun kids craft in our September Crafts for Kids along with our 101+ Easy Craft Ideas for kids.
This modern display would be great for any house, but we're loving this idea for college dorm rooms. Is pretty, there are some natural elements to it, and all around a great way to display your favorite photos.
Modern Picture Display
Whether you are headed off to the dorms or looking for a cool modern way to display your pictures, we have you covered.
Supplies:
- Piece of driftwood – or stick from your yard
- HP Sprocket
- Clear cord or fishing line
- Scissors
Directions:
Cut 3 piece of cord to approximately 2 feet long.
Tie one end of each of the cord pieces to the driftwood evenly spaced.
Print out 18 of your favorite pictures using the HP Sprocket
Peel the sticker backing off one of the pictures and stick the picture to another picture with the cord in between. Repeat this for the other 18 pictures and you will have 9 pictures displayed on each side of your picture hang.
Cut 1 piece of cord approximately a foot long and tie each ends of the cord to the driftwood and use that to hang
