Are you hosting Thanksgiving this year or just attending?
For the first time in quite some time I will not be hosting Thanksgiving. We are so excited to be headed to Nana and Grandpa's house this year, but to be honest, I'm feeling a little guilty. As a natural born party planner... yep, I said it. I've put it out into the world. I LOVE PARTIES and LOVE HOSTING THEM. And what better day to party than a day with all your family and friends and give thanks and eat turkey?
Dang, off topic much? Oh yeah, back to why I'm feeling a little guilty. I know, I really shouldn't, but not hosting, I'm not worrying about the full Thanksgiving meal or planning. But with as much as I love food and to cook, I'm thinking about it. How good the turkey is going to taste. Oh how I love stuffing. Or and of course dessert! Yum, pumpkin pie!
You all know that I've said it before, but DNH Dad is fairly particular when it comes to food and big surprise, he's not a fan of pumpkin pie, but he does love pumpkin bread.
