As promised last week, I've finally had a moment to share with you some of the fun we had on our latest trip out to Arizona where we stayed at the Four Season Resort - Troon North. First off, the resort is AMAZING! It is set off the beaten path a bit, but a few extra minute drive to stay in at this luxurious resort.
The resort is built to blend and gives a Frank Lloyd Wright feel of being one with nature in with the beautiful desert landscape. Its set at the base of Pinnacle Peak which is one of Arizona's beautiful hiking spots. The layout of the "bungalow" style rooms gives a sense of seclusion and exclusion from the world.
The staff was very attentive, accommodating, and helpful. They may even have given a certain mom...writing this... a ride on a golf cart to her room after she had a few too many cocktails in celebration... =(

Our stay was just wonderful. Our day started with a great hike to Pinnacle Peak.Then after an unbelievably tasty breakfast, it was off to the pool and cabana for some fun in the sun.
Very family friendly and nothing but fun to be had by the pool!We ended the day with one of the most beautiful weddings I've been to. Simple, elegant and just plain fun!
If you are looking for a trip to the South West, I highly recommend The Four Seasons Scottsdale.
