When you think of camping you think of your typical camping meals: hotdogs, hamburgers, plain, plain, plain. Why not cook something just as easy, but much more exciting?! This recipe can practically feed the whole campground! (scale to your needs!) Check out this spread....camping-spread

If you can boil water, you can make this at your next camp-out.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons seafood seasoning, I prefer Old Bay

    • 5 pounds new potatoes

    • 3 (1 lb) packages cooked kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces

    • 8 ears fresh corn, husks and silks removed, broken in half
    • 5 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and de-veined

    • salt and pepper to taste

     Directions:

    • Heat a large pot of water over an outdoor stove. Add Old Bay Seasoning and bring to a boil.
    • Add potatoes, and kielbasa. Cook for about 10 minutes.
    • Add the corn, cook for another 5 minutes.
    • Add the shrimp, and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.
    • Drain, and pour out your delicious meal onto a table covered in the paper bags you used to buy all the ingredients.
    • Optional: melted butter on the side to dunk potatoes and corn in.
    • No plates needed! (Make sure to have extra napkins though!)
