We're having so much fun with Game Night these days, now that MWHBoy (3 years old) is able to understand certain concepts and games. Matching Games are a hit especially in for the preschooler, but matching is a great skill for both preschool and older. It helps to build the foundations for early math skills and understand relationships between items.

Wonderforge, sent over these three "matching games" for us to try out and I'm HAPPY to report, they are a blast.

    • Frozen Matching Game
    • Marvel Dominoes Game
    • Baby Animals Matching Game

frozen-matching matching matching-games-2Frozen (of course) is still a hit in our house as I'm sure it is in others with younger kids. marvel-matching-game marvel-matching marvel-dominos-gamesMarvel's Domino Game is great for not only matching, but I enjoy teaching the kids about how games work and pulling another card if you don't have one that matches. We were also able to discuss about "more" vs. "less" and comparison words.

Lastly, we had the baby animal matching game. I mean, who doesn't love baby animals? We not only enjoyed looking at the sweet baby animals, but talking about each of the animals, about where they live, climates, and continents. There is so much to learn from just talking about animials and what can appear as a simple game can turn into some fun discussions and learning time!

I definitely think any of the Disney and Marvel Matching Games would be great in any of your kids Easter Basket.

Do you have game night with your Pre-schoolers? We'd love to hear about what games you like to play!

Disclosure: We did receive these games for review purposes, but all opinions are 100% my own.
