These stuffed jalapenos will give a yummy kick while watching the game this weekend. You will need only 5 ingredients: fresh jalapenos, jarred sundried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, cream cheese and bacon. This winning Super Bowl Appetizer will leave your guest begging for more!

Mix a brick of cream cheese with a heaping ¼ cup of drained, chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
    028

Add in one tsp of Italian seasoning, a dash of salt and pepper and mix until fully combined.
    031

Halve your jalapenos (you will need about 10 depending on size). Then remove the rib and seeds. Stuff with cream cheese mixture.
    033
035Next wrap each stuffed jalapeno with ½ to a whole slice of bacon (again depending on the size of your jalapeno).

037Bake at 400 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is lightly browned. Now watch them disappear!

photo-1Viola. You have yourself the best darn Super Bowl Appetizers this side of "our team isn't in the super bowl, but I'm still going to watch for the commercials" you're guest have ever tasted!
