Dr. Seuss Facts
- Dr. Seuss’s first book was published in 1937 and was titled “And to Think I Saw It on Mulberry Street”.
- Dr. Seuss wrote the great book “Green Eggs and Ham” on a dare. He was dared that he couldn't write a book with less than 50 words.
- The books by Dr. Seuss are written in anapestic tetrameter style. This makes reading his books incredibly fun and a great way to learn how to read. (The first book I read on my own was “Hop on Pop” by Dr. Seuss)
