Halloween Coloring Pages
Halloween is one of those times of the year, where sitting down for a few minutes of downtime is necessary. I love the idea of having a stack of Halloween-themed coloring pages on hand for when the kids (or me) need a little relaxation time to color.
For most of the country, Halloween means cooler weather and more time indoors. Making it the perfect time to grab a cup of apple cider and crayons and get coloring.
Haunted House Facts
Did you know the history of Haunted Houses dates back to the early 1900 in London? The first haunted house was created as more of a carnival funhouse than a spooky deserted home.
They became popular in the United States during the great depression. Parents would create haunted houses or trails as a way to keep their kids (primarily boys) home and out of trouble during Halloween.
Today, haunted houses are now created throughout the neighborhood and run for the month of October. The most famous being the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland!
