Sunflowers are one of my absolute favorite flowers. They remind me of the coming of Fall and all the warm HAPPY feelings Fall gives me. Some much beauty all season long (September, October, and November). They are full of my favorite colors.

One of my favorite activities as a kid was coloring. I remember when I could color in the lines and I wanted to show my big sister that I was now up to her level. There is a sense of accomplishment for kids in coloring.
There are also many benefits to coloring sheets for kids. Coloring has been proven to increase fine motor skills and creativity. It decreases anxiety and stress as well as increasing color recognition. All great things for our kids these days dealing with so much.
