With the help of ConsumerCrafts.com, I came up with this super cute last-minute gift
Here's how you make this cutie.
Supplies
- Mason Jar Mug
- Dishwasher Safe Mod Podge
- Gold Glitter
- Sharpie
- Gold Sequins
- Clear Treat Bag
- Ribbon
- Bakers Twine
- Small Paint Brush
- Red Straw
- Homemade gift (cookies or treats)
Directions
Using your sharpie draw a heart on the front.
With your brush, apply a liberal layer of mod podge to your heart.
Pour on the glitter over a piece of paper to catch the excess.
Wipe away any excess glitter from the heart.
Let dry for an hour or so. Then using the same brush, apply the modge-podge over the top of the heart.
Let dry overnight. Add the sequins to the bottom of your mug. Add some of your favorite bite-size cookies to the treat bag and tie it up in a ribbon and twine. You have yourself a cute little mug gift idea that is cheap and easy.
