If you are looking for the best results for your custom postcards, then I would suggest sturdy bright white cardstock. It all depends on your print quality and paper color. If it's matte white or premium quality heavy card stock, then the more vivid graphics will show up with sharp text.
Remember to follow postal regulations on a postal stamp. The postal service has different rates for different distances.
Regardless, you are sure to bring some happy mail to your friends or family's mailbox.
