The biggest celebration and mardi gras parade in the world is in New Orleans (NOLA). A mardi gras tradition (and a law in NOLA) is you must wear a mask if you are on a float. So you are sure to see each person wearing a beautiful mask on a float as well as any Mardi Gras festive celebration.
