Wow, your friends and family with this adorable Thanksgiving craft. Make these mini turkeys to give as gifts or use them as place cards for the holiday. They'd make the perfect little treats for teachers, co-workers, neighbors, and friends.
The best part is people can eat the treats inside and then reuse the planter. I'd totally use it for a little plant!

Materials Needed For DIY Thanksgiving Party Favor
How to Make Thanksgiving Party Favors
- Begin by hot gluing fall leaves to one side of the planter. This will be the back of the turkey as the leaves will be its "feathers". Depending on the size of the leaves, you may need to trim them.
- Hot glue googly eyes to the front.
- Cut out a triangle and wattle shape from yellow and red foam sheets and hot glue to the front as well.
- Fill the planter with mini treats like M&Ms, Reese's pieces, or Candy Corn. If given as a gift idea, you can put the treats into a cello bag or small clear baggies or cellophane bag to keep them fresh.
That's it! You're ready to give as gifts or use on your Thanksgiving table.

Easily turn these into place cards by hot gluing a mini clothespin to the back of the leaves and clipping the place card on there. These are great for the place settings and make for fun Thanksgiving party favors.
