    Back to School Checklist

No matter if your child is in middle school, high school, or any other school year grade, they can benefit from having a checklist to help get them prepared for school. Whether the start of school is August or September, there is always time to get prepared.

If they're in a classroom where they have a locker or a cubby, there are actually a lot of items that you'll need to purchase when you're out and about school shopping.

What items do kids typically share in the classroom?

While this year might be a little bit different, there are a few in-person school items that the kids are going to share. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are probably going to be a couple of items that are in high demand and used frequently by all.

In the past, the schools have shared items to help parents save money, but that's probably not going to be an option this year.

This school season, there are going to be a lot of individual school supplies. They will need to be stored in the kid's cubbies and lockers to keep them away from all the other worries of germs.

    School Cubby Checklist

What personal items should you buy for your child's cubby at school?

Don't forget that their cubby at school is a space for just their items. This means water bottles, lunch boxes, and healthy snacks can be stored without worry. They should not worry about someone else using them, eating, or drinking out of them.

Unless your child gives them to someone else, they should be able to have certain items in their cubby without the worry of others touching them.

Items on Back to School Checklist

While the items that your child needs to help back to school will vary, here are some school supplies that you might want to add to your list. Its always good to check with your school and class specifically so you aren't spending a ton of money on things that you don't need!

    • Pencils
    • Glue
    • Scissors
    • Erasers
    • Markers/Crayons
    • Kleenexes
    • Backpack
    • Notebooks

And those are just a few items to have on your list. As you can see, all these items are easy to keep track of and can easily be stored in a cubby or locker with ease.
