Start by tracing your little one with their arms spread wide. They will be certain to be giggling the entire time that you are tracing them, too!
It is so fun to see how they see themselves and what details they add.
Then let them color it in. Then, once the outline is done, have them color in their shadow shape and decorate it however they want!
You can even keep it a surprise so that the person receiving it in the mail is totally in shock of this life-sized hug delivered right to their door!
