Halloween Costumes for Boys
As a maker you can only imagine that homemade costumes are my jam. The reality is that costumes take a fair amount of time and effort (mostly on Mom and Dad) to make. So if you aren’t the crafty type and are just looking for something great and of the characters your children like, then go for it!!!
Fair warning, boys can be hard to buy for. I mean, there are millions of cute butterflies, kitties, or princesses for girls, that you may already have a few at home. Boys on the other hand can be a bit tricky. Again, consulting with my two knucklehead awesome nephews, we’ve decided this is the year of video games and toy characters. Video Games more for the older boys and toys characters for the younger end. Here is our picks for this year’s
10+ Super Fun Halloween Costumes for Boys
Let’s start with some of the younger characters.
Two little words. Angry Birds! While the video game has been around for a while, the Angry Bird Movie was an absolute hit this year!
This is so on point with the world’s latest obsession. Awww, sweet little Pikachu!
Can you go wrong with Lego? Whether its the more ornate Prestige Nexo Night Clay Costumer or the simpler, Emmet Hoodie, your boy will be set!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Leonardo
For those that follow Made with HAPPY, it should come as no surprise we are HUGE TMNT Fans at our house. With the TMNT 2 Movie that came out earlier in the year, these little green guys are going to be making their rounds door to dorr for sure!
While the movie hasn’t been out for a while, its still one of the funniest costumes with the eyebrows and muscles and the boys love it!
We’re heading onto our video game portion of the costumes. While the older boys tend to know more about video games, these are just as cute for the littles!
An oldie but goodie and an EPIC video character!
Another oldie, but goodie and Super Mario Brothers video game will always be one of our favorites. Oh, I remember the year my nephews were Mario and Lugi… so cute!
