Printable Halloween Masks for Kids
Halloween is one of the fun holidays because we play dress-up. Who doesn't love getting to wear cool Halloween costumes?! Kids certainly love it! Masks are the easiest way to play dress-up because you can put one on and feel like you are a different person or character. It's especially fun for Halloween and Halloween Parties!
I put together these printable Halloween Masks for kids that you can easily print, cut, and use! There are 6 different spooky options; pumpkin, witch, spider, zombie monster, black cat, and vampire bat. They're all cute and will work for kids of all ages.

How to Print and Use the Mask Templates
You'll find two different template formats; PDF and PNG. The PDF includes all 6 masks in 8.5x11 inch legal paper size. Download this by clicking the button below and print it on sturdy cardstock. Then carefully cut out each mask including the eye holes and mouth if needed.
Once the masks are cut out, glue a popsicle stick to the back. That is a great activity for young kids and then they can hold their own masks to their faces and place them down at their preference.
A great way to get the masks to stay on is to hole punch each of the sides of the mask. Using a piece of elastic string, tie each end of it to the side of the mask and then the mask will stay on different sizes of heads.
Ways to Use the Halloween Masks
There are a few different ways to use the Halloween Mask templates once printed out and cut. Here are a few suggestions:
- Hot glue a craft stick to the back of one side and use it as photo props or just for fun (pictured above)
- Laminate each mask, make a hole on each end, and then tie the elastic string. Now they can be worn and the string will keep them on your child's head.
- Print or use a cutting machine to make each mask in a larger size and hang it as Halloween decorations.
- Set up an easy activity for kids at a Halloween party or for classroom use. Provide printed pages of the masks, scissors, glue, and printed photos of each child in attendance. Kids can enjoy cutting out each mask and gluing to pictures of themselves and their friends.
