Hi friends and HAPPY Wednesday! Wow, what a crazy couple of weeks it has been. Lots going on over here as we’re gearing up for a fun and fabulous year. We’re excited for a few announcements this week on different projects and opportunities coming up as well as we’re getting close to daylight savings time. That’s a big one at our house, not sure about yours. Our family longs the extra hour in the evenings!
While we patiently, or impatiently more like it, wait for spring to arrive, we’ve realized we are craving the bright colors of spring, so we pulled together a fun little herb garden for the table that I’m absolutely in love withSeriously, how cute are these?
They are so simple to make and are so HAPPY, I may keep them up all year long. Okay, or as long as my blacky-greenish thumb can keep them alive.
Here’s how I did it.
- Just a few pint size mason jars
- acrylic paint
- small herbs
- Painters tape
Start off by taping off the jar about 1/3 of the way down.Paint them the bright colors you crave. Once its dried, tape the bottom and paint it gold. Then its time to get your hands dirty. Viola, you have yourself the brightest and happiest little cuties that will bring all kinds of HAPPY to any room.
