This Spring Bingo free printable game is all kinds of fun and tons of fun all Spring long.
This is a great option for small groups. Whether it's young children, elementary-age students, or families of all ages. This is a fun game with 10 unique spring bingo boards.
We love the idea of having some fun spring activities on hand during the spring season for a rainy day or spring break is always a good idea. Some of our favorite things are Spring activities including Spring Crafts For Kids, Spring Word Search, Spring Drawings, and Happy Spring Coloring Page and Word Search.
Fun Spring Activity
The Spring season is one of my favorite times of the year. Of course spring flowers and warmer weather, but all the new life and beauty that it brings too.
Having fun printable games and coloring pages is a great way to add some fun to a spring class party or add a fun activity or ten throughout.
Spring months include the last half of March, all of April, all of May, and the first half of June. Don't forget the fun holidays in Spring including St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Cinco De Mayo, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.

Supplies For Springtime Bingo
This is similar to a classic bingo in that you’ll need:
- Bingo cards – Download them at the bottom. Remember one per person.
- Calling sheet – Included in the download, cut them out and mark as you call each item.
- Bingo tokens or bingo markers– I recommend using something small like Hershey Kisses, Flower Erasers, and Spring Stickers.
- Prizes – I have put together a list of fun Spring-Themed prizes, also at the bottom of this post to get you started.
How to Play Spring Bingo
We love and play bingo all year long. It is such a fun game. We store our bingo boards with our game boards pull them out throughout the Spring and play them often throughout the season.
Start by downloading your Spring printable bingo cards. Once you have downloaded it, print the bingo cards out—one for each person.
Cut out bingo cards as well as all the bingo calling cards. Pass out the bingo cards place calling cards into a bowl or hat and mix them up.
Set the rules for each game.
Hand out candies, coins, or small items to mark the item that has been called. The middle space or free space on each board named “Free” is each person’s first space they are given for free.
Pull a calling card out and describe the player item. “Rainbow”, “Butterfly”, etc.
Once the player has completed the set pattern, they yell “Bingo” and they win!
Alternative Bingo Games
Different Types of Bingo Games You Can Play this Spring
- Classic Bingo Pattern – Five spots in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
- Blackout – Fill in all spots on your bingo sheets. Note that we only have 16 calling card items and so every board will get a blackout with all cards.
- Patterns – Set a specific pattern (shapes, letters, or specific rows or columns)
