    • Printable Submarine Craft Template (at bottom of post)
    • Colored Craft Papers
    • Pencil
    • A pair of scissors
    • Craft glue or glue stick
    • Popsicle stick
    DIY Submarine Craft

    How To Make a Paper Submarine

    Start by printing out the free submarine craft template at the bottom of the page.

    Cut out each of the different shapes of the template. Trace each piece on colored paper.

    Cut out each of those pieces.

    Periscope

    Using your glue, glue the two pieces of the periscope together on the back.

    Next, glue the back fin to the end of the submarine template piece

    Glue the periscope to the top of the submarine.

    Next, glue the propeller to the end of the submarine.

    Portholes

    For the windows. Glue the smaller circles to the top of the slightly larger circles as window frames. Also, glue the small white kidney shape to the top of the oval-shaped window. This is the front window of the submarine.

    Glue the front window to the front of the submarine.

    Next, attach the two porthole windows to the side of the submarine.

    The last step to make it into a bookmark is to attach the popsicle stick to the back of the submarine.

    Viola, you have your own submarine bookmark!
