How To Make Captain America's Shield
Start by making marks for the division on your paper plate using a pencil. Make three circles in different sizes then start at the middle.
Paint the smallest circle blue leaving the star empty. The blue circle
Paint the middle circle red.
Then paint the outer circle in a red stripe leaving a space between them white.
Let the paint dry and there you have your paper plate, Captain
America!
The best way to turn the back of the shield into a hand grip is to use a piece of duct tape. Fold a piece of tape in half with both sticky ends together. Then using two smaller pieces tape the piece of tape to the back of the paper plate with enough room for your hand to hold.
